Shipping Cost and Delivery Time

We deliver our curtain rods and accessories to the Benelux, Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. If you wish to have your product delivered to another country, please contact us via the contact form and indicate where you would like to have the product delivered. We will then contact you as soon as possible.

Delivery costs

Delivery costs for the Netherlands are € 14.95 per order. The amount is automatically added to your order. The delivery costs for an order containing only loose accessories are € 4.95.

Delivery costs will not apply for an order above € 250 in the Netherlands.

Delivery costs for Belgium and Germany are €14,95 per order. The amount is automatically added to your order. The delivery costs for an order containing only loose accessories are € 9.95.

Delivery costs for Switzerland and Austria are € 19.95 per order. The amount is automatically added to your order. The delivery costs for an order containing only loose accessories are € 14.95.

Delivery costs will not apply for an order above € 500.

Delivery address

It is important that someone is present at the specified delivery address to accept the order. The carrier requires a signature.

Delivery time

All curtain rods and accessories are in stock. Your order will be sent upon receipt of payment and can be expected within a few days. The delivery time in the Netherlands is 1 to 2 business days. For Germany and Belgium the delivery time is 2 to three business days.

How do you check if your order arrived correctly?

If you’ve ordered online and filled in the correct mail address, you will receive an order confirmation straight away via e-mail. In this mail you can find the order confirmation.

I made a mistake during ordering, can I change my order?

If the order isn’t fulfilled in the system than it is possible to change it. Please contact us as soon as possible.

I want to cancel my order how do I do that?

If your order hasn’t been sent yet you can still cancel your order. If your order has been completed, then we request you to contact us as soon as possible. We will work with you to find a suitable solution.

Pick up

It is possible to pick up the rod at our location. On top of a 10% discount we reward for direct pick-up, this will also help save on the delivery costs. This makes your curtain rods even cheaper.

You can order up to a length of 3 meters when you opt for location pick up.

We only accept cash payment.
