1.1 These general terms and conditions of sales (hereafter: conditions) are applicable to all offers, (sales) agreements and deliveries of Chamberline v.o.f (hereafter: Chamberline), to the exclusion of any other general terms and conditions. These conditions have been registered with the Chamber of Commerce in´s-Hertogenbosch under number 17220891 and will be sent to you by Chamberline at your request. These conditions can also be viewed on, or downloaded from the www.chamberline.nl

1.2 When making a purchase through chamberline.nl you agree to these general sales conditions.

1.3 The purchase conditions can be deviated only in writing. In that case all remaining provisions of these conditions remain effective.

1.4 All rights and claims are stipulated in these conditions and if applicable in additional agreements for the benefit of chamberline.nl are otherwise stipulated for the benefit of intermediaries and other third parties used by Chamberline.nl

Article 2. Offers/agreements

2.1 All offers made by chamberline.nl are free of obligation and Chamberline.nl retains the right to change the prices, in particular when this is required on the basis of (statutory) regulations.

2.2An agreement only comes into effect after a written acceptance by chamberline.nl chamberline.nl is entitled to refuse orders or attach certain conditions to delivery, unless stipulated otherwise. If an order is not accepted, this will be communicated by Chamberline.nl within 10 working days of receiving the order.

Article 3. Prices and Payments

3.1 The prices specified for the offered goods are in euro’s and inclusive of VAT and exclusive of administration and shipping costs and any applicable taxes or levies, unless specified otherwise or agreed upon in writing.

3.2 Payment can be made in (one of) the way(s) specified during the ordering process. Additional conditions in respect to payment and/or the order can be specified for an order. In case of payment by bank or giro, the applicable date of payment is the credit entry in the Chamberline.nl giro or bank account.

3.3 If the client defaults on any payment, Chamberline.nl is entitled to suspend or cancel the (execution of) the relevant agreement and any other associated agreements.

Article 4. Delivery and Receipt

4.1 The delivery times are specified by Chamberline.nl are only intended as an indication, the client will receive the goods when payment confirmation is given and within 14 working days. Otherwise this will be indicated by chamberline.nl through a written message. Until the moment of shipment you will have the right to unul the agreement without cost. If the delivery takes longer than previous anounced you will not have any right on restitution.

4.2 The delivery of the products takes place at the location and time at which the products are ready for shipment to the client, irrespective of any agreement between Chamberline.nl and the client regarding the transport and if applicable insurance

Article 5. Retention of Title

5.1 Ownership of the delivered products is transferred only after the client has paid all amounts due to chamberline.nl in accordance with any agreements. The risk related to the products passed to the client at the moment of delivery.

Article 6. Intellectual and Industrial property rights

6.1 The client must respect completely and conditionally the intellectual and industrial property rights

6.2 Attached to the products supplied by chamberline.nl Chamberline.nl does not guarantee the intellectual and industrial property rights of the delivered products of a third party

Article 7. Publicities and liability

7.1 The client is obliged to inspect the products at delivery to determine whether they conform to the agreement. If the product is damaged or something is missing. The client must provide written reasoned notification to chamberline.nl of any (transport) damage or other deficiencies as quickly as possible certainly within two months of detection.

7.2 If it is established that the product does not comply with the agreement, Chamberline.nl has the choice of replacing the returned products with new products or refunding the invoiced amount.

7.3 If the client wishes not to take delivery of a product for whatever reason, the client is entitled to return the product to chamberline.nl within 7 working days of delivery. In this case return shipments will only be accepted if they are returned undamaged and in the original packaging, whereby the shipping cost will be paid in full by the client. In no case will chamberline.nl be responsible or can be held responsible for loss or damage during the return transport. Within 30 days you will receive payment form chamberline.nl
